4.2 Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, up-to-date information required for service delivery.

• Reviewing and approving deliverables within the agreed timeframes.

4.3 Timelines & Delays

Estimated project timelines are provided in good faith. Front Optim Digital shall not be held liable for delays caused by client inaction, late approvals, third-party platform issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

4.4 Amendments to Scope

Any request to expand or materially change the agreed scope of work will be treated as a new or amended engagement and may attract additional fees, which will be communicated in advance.

5. Payment Terms

• All fees are quoted in the currency specified in the proposal or invoice (INR or USD as applicable).
• Payment terms are as stated in each individual invoice — typically due within 7 to 14 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed.
• We reserve the right to pause or suspend services on accounts with outstanding overdue payments.
• All applicable taxes (including GST where required under Indian law) will be applied to invoices.
• Disputed invoices must be raised in writing within 7 days of receipt. After this period, invoices are deemed accepted.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Front Optim Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
• Our total aggregate liability to any client for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client in the three months immediately preceding the claim.
